Decided to return?

Sometimes things just don’t work out! We’re here to help you return or exchange your product. We have extended our returns period to 30 days to give you more time to send orders back.

To start a return, inform us about the item you want to return.

What can be returned?

We can only accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. Damaged or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) cannot be returned.

Faulty items

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your Padudė Design jewelry.

We will be happy to assist to our greatest extent - please contact us before returning your item so that we can advise you of the next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

Receiving your refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable (except for defective products)

Exchanges

We accept the requests for exchanges but keep in mind that you might need to cover the shipping cost.
